Refund Policy

In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.

In such case, should you choose to accept the package, we request you to intimate us within 12 hours. Please email us at info@indianswad.in mentioning your Order ID, Pictures of the damaged / tampered package and individual pictures of the boxes. We will forward your compliant to the product Seller and the courier service provider. If the claim is genuine as determined by us, product Seller and the courier service provider, we will ensure that a suitable compensation (Up to Maximum amount of product purchase) is given to you at no additional cost. However, digital evidence of damage / tampering is must for such claim to succeed.

We are a food aggregator and we source from prestigious vendors across India, hence the actual price of the product may differ from the MRP. Our products being food items, once the product has been accepted or opened we shall not be in position to accept any claim for return or refund. In case of complaints regarding the taste / quality / ingredients of the branded food product, please refer the issue to the concerned product Seller / Brand owner. Do let us know and we’ll try to help resolve the complaint.

How to make a refund request for delivered product
  • If you want a refund, email customer support at info@indianswad.in within 24 hours of delivery
  • Your refund will be credit into INDIANSWAD.in wallet.
  • In absence of any transaction during 3 months from the order date, your amount will be credit to your source mode of payment.

You can make a refund request if:
  • Wrong product is delivered to you
  • Product gets damaged during transit
  • Shelf life of product expires by delivery
  • Product quantity delivered differs from quantity ordered
  • Replacement product cannot be provided on request
  • Cancellation occurs before the product is marked ‘Ready to ship’

You cannot make a refund request if:
  • Allotted time frame for requesting return elapses
  • Any product part goes missing after delivery
  • Defect/damage in product is covered under warranty of manufacturer
  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • There is no photographic evidence of the damage or wrong delivery
  • The products falls in the category of fragile food items

Things to remember before making a refund request
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition
  • Include invoice, price tags, original packing, and freebies when returning the product
  • Include images of the product

Time taken to process refund request
  • Pickup of your original product will take place within 48 hours from the day you make a refund request.
  • Refund will take place within 7-10 business days after your original product has been picked up from the delivery address.
  • For your cancelled order, refund will happen after the cancellation request is processed.
